  • 9” Round Baking Pan
  • 3 Piece Mixing Bowl Set

  • 1  Package  Of Crescent Rolls
  • 1  8 ounce Package Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2  cup Mayonnaise. You Can Also Use Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Packet Ranch Mix
  • 1/2  Cup  Broccoli Chopped
  • 1/2  Cup  Cucumber Chopped
  • 1/2  Cup  Carrots Chopped or Shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Scallions
  • 1/2  Cup  Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/8  Cup Each  Additional Chopped Vegetables Such As Bell Pepper Black Olives, or Tomatoes


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9” Round Baking Pan with baking spray.
  • Unroll crescent roll triangles and arrange into rectangles to form a crust, pressing the seams together.
  • Bake the crust according to the package instructions, about 8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely, at least 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix. Chill in refrigerator to blend flavors while crust cools.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Top with broccoli, cucumber, carrots, and scallions. Sprinkle with cheese and any additional vegetables you desire. Chill before cutting.
