Pan Seared Salmon
Equipment
- 12" Skillet or 10" Freedom Skillet with Cover
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon Fillets 4-6 oz. each
- 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 3 Tbs. Butter
- 1 ½ Tsp. Minced Garlic
- 2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs. Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Season salmon fillets with salt & pepper to taste.
- Place salmon fillets skin side up, cook for 5 minutes or until a brown crust forms.
- Carefully flip salmon & cook for additional 5-6 minutes or until fish is opaque.
- Remove salmon from pan. Add butter & melt.
- Add garlic to pan & cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon juice & salt & pepper to taste.
- Place salmon back in pan. Spoon the sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle parsley over the salmon, then serve.
