Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus
Equipment
- Multi Ply Stainless All-Purpose Bake Pan
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. of Prosciutto thinly sliced
- 1/2 8 ounce package Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 12 spears of Fresh Asparagus trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 450 degrees.
- Spread prosciutto slices with Neufchatel cheese.
- Wrap slices around asparagus spears.
- Place spears in a single layer on lightly greased All-Purpose Bake Pan.
- Bake 15 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
- Enjoy!
